Raw Material & Supply Assurance

We strictly enforce incoming inspection of mold steel, verifying material certificates, hardness, and metallographic analysis, with ultrasonic testing applied to critical core inserts. By establishing an approved supplier list and safety stock mechanisms, we ensure a stable supply of core materials such as plastic mold specialty steel, standard mold bases, and hot runner systems, safeguarding mold life and molding stability from the source.

Precision Manufacturing Control

Process patrols and critical node spot checks are executed in accordance with the control plan. Relying on equipment such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and video measuring systems, we monitor key dimensions and fit tolerances of mold cores, cavities, sliders, lifters, and cooling channels in real-time. Any anomalies trigger immediate stoppage for analysis and correction to prevent batch defects. Each process step has clear quality standards and traceability records, ensuring full controllability throughout manufacturing.

Plastic Part Appearance & Dimensional Inspection

For high-gloss, transparent, and aesthetic parts, we equip colorimeters, gloss meters, and video measuring systems to ensure color consistency and dimensional accuracy of injection-molded parts. We simultaneously inspect for injection defects such as shrinkage, flash, and weld lines, optimizing process parameters through Moldflow analysis to comprehensively guarantee the appearance quality and assembly compatibility of plastic finished products.

Environmental Reliability Validation

Equipped with testing devices for constant temperature and humidity, UV aging, and chemical solvent resistance, we simulate the actual operating environments of plastic parts regarding temperature, humidity, light exposure, and chemical contact. Through accelerated aging and fatigue tests, we validate material selection and structural design durability in advance, ensuring long service life and stable performance in end-user applications.

Europe Local Support

Our local European team provides localized services, covering regional mold procurement coordination, efficient collaboration with Chinese factories, organization of local market activities, and flexible schedule adjustments.
