Precision Molds & CNC Machining

High-Speed CNC Precision Machining

In the actual machining phase, high-speed cutting technology becomes key to ensuring precision and efficiency. The FANUC a-D21MiA machining center, equipped with a 24,000 RPM high-speed spindle, is particularly suitable for precision machining of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper alloys. High-speed cutting not only increases material removal rates but, more importantly, achieves superior surface quality, reducing subsequent polishing processes.

5-Axis Simultaneous Complex Part Machining

When parts involve spatial surfaces, multi-angle holes, or irregular structures, 5-axis simultaneous machining demonstrates irreplaceable advantages. The Makino 5-axis V90S can complete multi-sided machining in a single setup, avoiding positioning errors caused by multiple clamping in traditional processes. This technology is particularly suitable for manufacturing high-precision, complex structural parts such as aerospace components, medical device assemblies, and optical instrument brackets, with machining accuracy stably controlled within ±0.005mm.

Precision Grinding & Superfinishing

Grinding processes are indispensable for parts with strict dimensional tolerances and surface roughness requirements. We are equipped with Kent precision surface grinders and Wang Pan internal/external cylindrical grinders, supporting various processes including surface grinding, internal/external cylindrical grinding, and centerless grinding. Grinding can achieve IT 5 level precision and a surface roughness of Ra0.1μm, making it particularly suitable for precision shafts, sleeves, and gauges that demand extremely high dimensional stability.

Precision Wire EDM & Micro-Feature Machining

For features difficult to process with traditional cutting, such as high-hardness materials, micro-holes, and narrow slots, precision wire EDM technology provides a perfect solution. The Sodick slow-feed wire cutting machine supports complex processes like taper cutting and upper-lower irregular shapes, achieving cutting accuracy of ±0.003mm. This process is widely used in the machining of precision punching dies, electrodes, and parts with irregular holes, enabling machining results unattainable by traditional methods.

Surface Treatment & Precision Polishing

Finished parts often require surface treatment to meet operational requirements. We offer various surface treatment services, including mirror polishing, sandblasting, anodizing, and electroplating. Our professional polishing team, combined with ultrasonic cleaning equipment, selects appropriate processes based on part material and operating environment. Treated parts not only feature an exquisite appearance but, more importantly, exhibit enhanced practical properties such as wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Precision Inspection & Quality Traceability

Before shipment, every batch of precision parts undergoes rigorous quality inspection. We utilize equipment such as the Croma Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Mitutoyo height gauge, and Easson video measuring system to comprehensively inspect critical dimensions, geometric tolerances, and surface roughness. All inspection data is fully recorded and archived to achieve full traceability of product quality. For customers with special requirements, we can also provide complete quality documentation, including material certificates, heat treatment reports, and dimensional inspection reports.
