Checking Fixture

Precision Fixture Fabrication

The manufacturing precision of checking fixtures directly determines inspection reliability. We utilize in-house CNC machining centers and precision grinders to independently manufacture various checking fixtures and tooling. Key locating surfaces and inspection areas undergo high-precision machining, ensuring the fixture's accuracy is 3-5 times higher than the inspection requirements. For fixtures with special material or heat treatment requirements, we collaborate with suitable external partners to complete the process.

Fixture Assembly & Calibration Debugging

Skilled technicians assemble and verify precision checking fixtures in a temperature-controlled metrology lab, leveraging Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). By capturing key locating data with high-precision probes, we ensure micron-level accuracy at all inspection points, establishing a reliable baseline for subsequent mass production inspections.

CMM Validation & Accuracy Certification

Completed checking fixtures undergo rigorous precision verification. We utilize the Croma 152210 Coordinate Measuring Machine (measuring range: 1500×2200×1000mm) and the Sigma785C CMM (accuracy 0.5 μm) to comprehensively inspect all precision indicators of the fixtures. Detailed inspection reports are generated to verify locating accuracy, repeatability, and stability, ensuring they meet operational requirements.

Calibration & Metrological Traceability

All checking fixtures undergo a rigorous calibration procedure before delivery and use. Calibrated against national metrology standards using certified gauge blocks and ring gauges, each fixture is issued a calibration certificate. For critical fixtures, a periodic calibration plan is established to ensure the accuracy and traceability of inspection data. Calibration records are fully archived and available for customer review at any time.
