Die-casting molds are the core support for lightweight manufacturing in industries such as automotive, industrial equipment, and electronics. Among them, die-casting molds for light alloys such as aluminum, zinc, and magnesium have become a core market demand due to their high compatibility with the development trend of new energy vehicles. The Top Fame (V1 Industry Group) has been deeply engaged in the die-casting mold manufacturing field for over 20 years, possessing the R&D and manufacturing capabilities for supporting molds of 1000-ton die-casting machines. It can realize the design and manufacturing of precision die-casting molds for various light alloy materials, with an annual production capacity of over 150 sets.

V1 has achieved full-process independent completion from design R&D, machining manufacturing to mold trial optimization, with no outsourcing of core processes. In the design stage, the team combines industry experience with CAE simulation analysis technology to accurately optimize the gating, exhaust, and cooling systems. In the machining stage, equipped with high-precision CNC machining centers and large-tonnage electrical discharge machining (EDM) machines, the machining precision stably reaches ±0.005mm. In the mold trial stage, verification and precise adjustments are conducted through self-owned die-casting machines, increasing the first mold trial pass rate to over 95%. It possesses full-specification manufacturing capabilities from small precision to 1000-ton large die-casting molds.

Targeting the die-casting characteristics of different light alloys, V1 has developed proprietary precision processes. Addressing the pain points of high temperature and easy mold sticking in aluminum alloy die casting, a high-temperature anti-sticking process was developed, achieving a product surface roughness of ≤Ra0.8μm and dimension precision controlled within ±0.01mm. For the thin-wall and precision characteristics of zinc alloys, a high-speed precision die-casting process is adopted to meet the miniaturization needs of the electronics and precision instrument industries. For the lightweight and high-strength requirements of magnesium alloys, the mold cooling and die-casting processes are optimized to achieve integrated molding, significantly improving product structural strength and perfectly adapting to the manufacturing of core components for new energy vehicles.

Currently, V1's die-casting molds are widely applied in multiple core fields. In the automotive field, it realizes the molding of engine blocks, transmission housings, and large integrated die-casting structural parts for new energy vehicles. In the industrial equipment field, it meets the high-precision needs of robot joints and machine tool structural parts. In the electronics and precision instrument fields, it precisely manufactures mobile phone middle frames, laptop housings, and core structural parts of various precision instruments. From design to after-sales, V1 provides customized full-process solutions, achieving precise adaptation between molds and customers' production processes.

Facing the future, V1 will continue to increase R&D investment, optimize precision die-casting processes, break through the manufacturing technology of larger-tonnage and higher-precision die-casting molds, and provide higher-quality mold products and solutions for the lightweight and high-quality development of downstream industries.
