Die-casting molds, as a core category in the mold industry, serve as critical enablers for lightweight manufacturing in automotive, industrial equipment, and electronics sectors. Among them, light-alloy die-casting molds for aluminum, zinc, and magnesium have become key market demands, aligning with the lightweight development trend of new energy vehicles. With over 20 years of expertise in die-casting mold manufacturing, V1 possesses R&D and manufacturing capabilities for molds compatible with 1000-ton die-casting machines. We deliver precision die-casting mold design and production for multiple materials including aluminum, zinc, and magnesium, with an annual capacity exceeding 150 sets—establishing V1 as a leading enterprise in China's die-casting mold sector.

End-to-End In-House R&D: Covering Full 1000-Ton Die-Casting Mold Specifications

V1 achieves complete in-house execution from design R&D to machining, manufacturing, and trial optimization for die-casting molds, with no core processes outsourced. We possess full-specification manufacturing capabilities ranging from small precision die-casting molds to 1000-ton large-scale die-casting molds.

In the design phase, leveraging years of industry expertise and CAE simulation technology, we precisely optimize gating systems, venting, and cooling channels to ensure uniform metal flow, smooth venting, and efficient cooling—enhancing part quality from the source. During manufacturing, equipped with high-precision CNC machining centers and large-tonnage EDM machines, we achieve high-precision, high-efficiency machining of core mold components with stable accuracy of ±0.005mm. In the trial molding phase, we validate molds using in-house die-casting machines and make precise adjustments based on results, ensuring mass production stability and achieving first-trial qualification rates exceeding 95%.

Exclusive Precision Processes for Al/Zn/Mg: Aligning with Lightweight Manufacturing Needs

V1 focuses on R&D and manufacturing of light-alloy die-casting molds for aluminum, zinc, and magnesium, developing exclusive precision die-casting processes tailored to each material's characteristics.

For aluminum alloy die-casting challenges including high temperature, mold sticking, and precision control difficulties, we developed a high-temperature anti-sticking die-casting process. By optimizing mold surface treatment and precisely controlling die-casting parameters, we achieve precise forming with surface roughness ≤Ra0.8μm and dimensional accuracy within ±0.01mm. For zinc alloy die-casting's thin-wall, precision characteristics, we employ high-speed precision die-casting processes to efficiently form thin-wall precision components, meeting miniaturization demands in electronics and precision instruments. For magnesium alloy die-casting's lightweight, high-strength requirements, we optimize mold cooling systems and die-casting processes to enable integrated molding, significantly enhancing structural strength and lightweight performance for NEV core components.
