Dual Assurance of Quality & Delivery: V1's Quality Control System & Production Capacity
In the global mold supply chain, quality reliability and delivery controllability are key criteria for supplier selection, and core competitiveness for mold enterprises. In 2026, as industries such as automotive, high-end electronics, and medical devices impose increasingly stringent stability requirements, clients have raised higher expectations for mold suppliers' quality control and delivery capabilities. V1 achieves dual assurance through a comprehensive quality control system, robust equipment utilization, and top-tier Tier-1 automotive certifications—becoming a trusted mold partner for global clients.
Full-Process Quality Control: Building "Three Lines of Defense" for Mold Quality
V1 prioritizes quality and has established a full-process quality control system spanning design, machining, and delivery, constructing "three lines of defense" to ensure every delivered mold meets clients' stringent requirements.
First line: Quality integration at the design stage. At the outset of mold design, our design team collaborates closely with clients to precisely understand requirements and standards. We jointly conduct design reviews with process and quality teams, comprehensively evaluating mold structure, material selection, and machining processes to proactively mitigate quality risks from design defects—achieving forward-deployed quality control.
Second line: Full-factor inspection during machining. To ensure machining precision, V1 employs advanced inspection equipment including handheld scanners and three high-precision CMM coordinate measuring machines (one Stable153012 with 1500×3000×1200mm travel; one Croma 152210 with 1500×2200×1000mm travel). These enable full-factor, high-precision inspection of complete molds, entire cavities, sliders, inserts, and other critical components for Large Mold & Injection applications. From first-article verification to in-process checks and pre-assembly component validation, every step undergoes rigorous quality validation—forming a complete in-house quality loop that identifies and eliminates all dimensional risks before mold release.
Third line: Comprehensive acceptance at delivery. After manufacturing completion, we conduct multiple trial runs to comprehensively test mold precision, stability, and mass-production readiness. Upon successful trials, clients are invited for on-site acceptance. We also provide detailed mold inspection reports and trial reports for transparent quality visibility. Post-delivery, we offer full-process services including installation, debugging, and operator training to ensure smooth production ramp-up at client facilities.
Sufficient Equipment Utilization: Ensuring Stable and Predictable Delivery
The core of delivery capability lies in sufficient equipment utilization, which is enabled by professional team configuration and efficient production management. V1 has built an experienced, well-structured professional production team to provide solid human resource support for mold manufacturing utilization.
Our technical backbone averages over 15 years of mold manufacturing experience, with extensive expertise in high-difficulty mold manufacturing, assembly, and debugging. In the assembly phase, our fitting department comprises 10 specialized assembly groups (5 members each) with clear division of labor and high coordination efficiency. Additionally, we maintain an independent polishing team focused on mold surface finishing and precision refinement to ensure appearance quality and functional accuracy.
This professional configuration enables V1 to rapidly diagnose issues and perform fine adjustments on complex molds. While ensuring precision and appearance standards, we significantly shorten fitting cycles and quickly respond to client needs including FOT support, mold repair, design changes, and mold transfer. Whether handling routine orders for on-time delivery or urgent requests for rapid response, V1 leverages sufficient utilization capacity to ensure stable, predictable delivery timelines—making clients' production planning more structured and reliable.
Tier-1 Automotive Certification: A "Hard Credential" for Quality Assurance
Client recognition is the best proof of quality; certification from top-tier automotive manufacturers serves as a powerful "hard credential" for mold quality. V1 has earned certifications from global Tier-1 leaders such as Faurecia and Toyota Boshoku, with years of batch delivery experience as one of their core mold suppliers.
Since 2014, V1 has collaborated closely with Toyota Boshoku's Shanghai headquarters, manufacturing molds for automotive door components (with and without speaker grilles). After completion, molds are delivered to Toyota Boshoku's Guangzhou INTEX facility for mass production. Additionally, addressing the Guangzhou plant's focus on Large Mold & Injection production, V1 provides repair and engineering change services for large molds—leveraging our 4-meter large-scale CNC machining center capability to resolve complex large-mold repair challenges for clients.
These Tier-1 certifications and long-term partnerships not only represent high recognition of V1's mold quality but also equip us with deep familiarity with global automotive supply chain quality standards, process requirements, and compliance frameworks. For new clients, V1's Tier-1 certifications serve as a "quality passport," facilitating smoother OEM approval processes while reducing certification costs, time investment, and compliance risks.
Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise; delivery is its competitive edge. V1 will continue to uphold quality standards, optimize quality control systems, and enhance production capacity—delivering dual assurance of quality and reliability to provide superior mold solutions for global clients and foster mutual growth.
