V1 is famous for it's capability to produce large mold.CNC machines has a 4*2.6M working stroke. More than 20 sets of large CNC machines are running for clients.

V1 provides mold trial services to valued customers. Before delivering the mold to you, we always ensure that the mold runs perfectly on the injection molding machine. At present, we can manufacture up to 40 tons of molds. The largest injection molding machine equipped in the factory has a clamping force of 1400 tons (1400T). For molds exceeding 1400T, we will go to the mold testing center near the company for mold testing.

V1 are also known for it's capability to handle super large mold.The crane could hang and transport mold over 50T.The fitting machine has a clamping force over 320T
