V1 a mold accounted for straight area of about 10000 square meters, the existing staff of more than 200 people, with rich experience in engineering design, the world's leading mold design software UG, Pro / E and Auto CAD, Mold flow etc., CAD, CAM is a set of mold design and development, to ensure customer design concept. Has advanced production, processing equipment and technical personnel, to provide high-quality products, to ensure that customers quality and satisfied that the period, has experienced sales team have foreign consultants, for customers to provide good communication and service, eliminate language barriers, to ensure that customer requirements.
V1 has been in the industry for 20 years and has customers all over the world. China Factory Team Strength
V1 injection mold factory has about 100 production operators, of which 35% of field operators have more than 15 years of experience; 50% of field operators have more than 10 years of experience; 15% of field operators have less than 10 years of experience. In addition, V1 also has other different types of sub-factories, including but not limited to: 3D printing factory, injection molding factory, die-casting factory, CNC machining factory, stamping factory, etc.
